Phoenix Flow Index

A quiet instrument for steadiness under real volatility.

Take a ~5 minute Baseline. See your Flow Band. Receive a small, lived plan, then a weekly check-in that keeps the plan held, not abandoned.

Integration over engagement. Ritual over gamification.

01

Baseline

Up to 10 questions. A Flow Band reading (Stable, Strained, Critical) and the smallest effective next step.

02

Foundation Cycle

Three anchors, one commitment, two or three micro-actions. Held for 14 days, not memorized.

03

Weekly Pulse

~5 minutes once a week. A snapshot, a focus, and a record of what restored Flow.

Not a mood score. Not a performance score.

PFI is a stability + load reading that helps you protect Flow over time. It turns a quick baseline and weekly check-ins into a small, holdable next step—so your habits compound across weeks, seasons, and transitions.

What we mean by Flow

In PFI, Flow is an integration state: steadiness, agency, and coherence under real life. It’s not peak performance and not a mood score. We read Flow through foundation signals (sleep, recovery, nervous system load, basics, attention, boundaries) and context load (transition + connection). The goal is simple: protect what’s working, stabilize what’s leaking, and keep the next step small enough to hold.
