PFI Instrument

$99 / month

Instrument is the complete practice system. It carries everything in Pulse and adds ongoing Protocol Cycles, calibration when your anchors stop fitting, and a monthly refresh that re-reads your Flow rather than assuming last month still applies.

It is for people running something demanding over a long horizon, who want a steady instrument rather than another program to keep up with.

What you get

  • Everything in Pulse: the Weekly Flow Pulse, snapshots, weekly focus, and full history.
  • Ongoing Protocol Cycles rather than a single starter cycle, so the practice continues past 14 days.
  • Calibration: adjust your anchors when your context changes, with the cycle recomputed around them.
  • A monthly refresh that re-reads your Flow and resets your focus on current data.
  • Continuity across cycles, so long-running patterns stay visible instead of resetting each month.
  • Clear routing when the honest next step is an application pathway rather than more tracking.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for therapy, diagnosis, or clinical assessment.
  • Anyone in acute crisis who needs immediate human support.
  • People who want 1:1 attention. Coaching is a separate application pathway and is not included.
  • People who prefer intensity, challenges, or daily streaks. This is deliberately quiet and cumulative.
  • Anyone who only wants a one-time read. The Debrief covers that at a lower cost.

Questions

How is Instrument different from Pulse?

Pulse is weekly tracking and history. Instrument adds ongoing Protocol Cycles, calibration, and the monthly refresh.

Do I need the Debrief before subscribing?

No, but the Debrief gives your first cycle a properly interpreted starting point, so many people begin there.

Is anything here generated by AI?

No. Every score, band, and focus is deterministic and rules-based, computed from your own answers.

How much time does it take each week?

A couple of minutes for the weekly Pulse, plus a short review at calibration or refresh points.

What is calibration?

A structured adjustment of your anchors when your context changes, so the cycle keeps fitting your actual life.

What is the monthly refresh?

A re-read of your Flow on current data, which resets your focus rather than carrying forward stale assumptions.

Can I upgrade from Pulse?

Yes. Subscribe to Instrument and your entitlements update once payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period and your history remains yours.

Does this include coaching or messaging support?

No. There is no DM coaching. 1:1 Coaching is a separate application pathway and is not bundled with any subscription.

Is my data private?

Your entries are tied to your account only. Nothing is published or reviewed by anyone else.

Other pathways

Coaching is a separate application pathway. Both options are unbundled from any purchase or subscription here.
