PFI Pulse
$49 / month
Pulse is the weekly continuity layer. Once a week you log a short Flow Pulse, and the instrument returns a snapshot, the primary driver behind it, and one focus for the coming week. Nothing else is asked of you.
It is for people who already know roughly what steadies them and want to notice drift early, before it becomes a hard reset.
Start with the free Flow Baseline if you have not taken it yet. Take the Baseline.
What you get
- The Weekly Flow Pulse: a short structured check-in you can complete on your phone in a couple of minutes.
- An immediate Flow snapshot with your score, context, and anchor adherence.
- One focus for the coming week, derived from your own answers rather than a generic tip library.
- Full Pulse history, with a detail view for every entry you have logged.
- The ability to edit or remove an entry you logged in error, with your counts recalculated.
- Continuity across cycles, so you can see how a pattern moves over weeks instead of guessing.
Who it is not for
- Anyone looking for therapy, diagnosis, or clinical assessment.
- Anyone in acute crisis who needs immediate human support.
- People who want daily tracking or gamified streaks. This is deliberately weekly and quiet.
- People who want a human reviewing their entries or replying in messages.
- Anyone who has not taken the Baseline yet. Start there first, it is free.

Questions
How long does a weekly Pulse take?
A couple of minutes. It is designed to be phone-light and finished in one sitting.
Is the focus generated by AI?
No. It is deterministic and rules-based, computed from your own answers, so the same inputs always give the same read.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing breaks. There are no streaks, no penalties, and no pressure language. Log the next one when you are ready.
Do I need the Debrief first?
No, but most people find the Debrief gives the weekly Pulse more context, because it sets your first Foundation Cycle.
Can I log more than one Pulse a week?
The instrument is built around one weekly reading. Extra entries dilute the signal you are trying to see.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period and your history remains yours.
What is the difference between Pulse and Instrument?
Pulse is weekly tracking and history. Instrument adds Protocol Cycles, calibration, and the monthly refresh.
Is coaching included?
No. 1:1 Coaching is a separate application pathway and is not bundled with any subscription.
Can I delete an entry?
Yes. You can edit or remove your own entries, and your counts are recalculated accordingly.
Is my data private?
Your entries are tied to your account only. Nothing is published or reviewed by anyone else.
Other pathways
Coaching is a separate application pathway. Both options are unbundled from any purchase or subscription here.
